This project is an AI-powered knowledge base chatbot built for the Urbethh e-commerce website to assist customers during browsing and shopping. The AI helps users discover products, find best sellers, understand product details, and get instant answers to common questions.
The main goal was to improve customer experience while increasing average order value by guiding users toward relevant products and reducing confusion during the buying process.
