This project is an end-to-end AI-powered lead generation and qualification system built for real estate businesses. The system automates the entire sales funnel — starting from ad-generated leads to final appointment booking with a real human broker.

Overview of the Project
This system is an end-to-end AI-powered solution for lead generation and qualification in real estate. It completely automates all sales processes, from ad-generated leads through to a meeting with a real estate broker.
The system uses AI scoring and message flows to sort serious buyers from casual inquiries, so brokers only spend their time on high-intent prospects. This leads to better lead quality, faster replies, and more converted deals.
My role and responsibilities
- Designed the complete lead funnel from ads to booking
Constructed AI-based logics to classify the leads automatically
- Created Automation flows with n8n
WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-ups linked together
AI voice calling agents were developed for lead qualification.
- Automate scheduling appointments with brokers
- Integrated the booking system with Google Calendar
Lead Classification
Hot Leads Score 70+
WhatsApp messaging and AI voice call immediately, followed by prompt appointment booking with a broker
Warm Leads Score 30–70
Automation of follow-ups, nurturing messages, and delayed AI calls to build interest.
Cold Leads Score Below 30
- Added to long-term newsletters and remarketing for future engagement
Business Impact / Results
