Shopify Order Confirmation Voice AI Agent (RTO Reduction System)
This project is an AI-powered voice calling system designed to automatically confirm customer orders immediately after purchase. Once an order is placed on Shopify, the AI agent calls the customer to verify order details, delivery address, and intent to receive the product.
The primary objective is to reduce RTO (Return to Origin), minimize fake or unconfirmed orders, and improve delivery success rates for e-commerce and dropshipping businesses, while also reducing the need for manual confirmation calls.

Overview of the Project
This project is about an AI-powered voice calling system that automatically confirms customer orders right after purchasing. When an order is placed on Shopify, the AI agent calls to verify the customer order details, delivery address, and that they want the product.
The objective is to cut down on Return to Origin, block fake/unconfirmed orders, and increase the success rate of delivery for ecommerce and dropshipping. It further reduces manual confirmation calls.
My Role & Responsibilities
- Designed the full AI call flow and decision logic
- Shopify order webhooks integrated to trigger calls instantly
• Built natural, human-like voice interactions for customers
- Allowed order detail updates over the call.
- Added order cancellation and order confirmation handling.
- Analyzed customer responses with AI decision models
- tied calling results with the order management system
