My Role & Responsibilities

- Designed the full system architecture and workflow
- Built automation pipelines through n8n for booking and scheduling
-Designed voice AI agents for both inbound and outbound calls
- Leveraged Google Sheets as the database for rooms and guests
- Google Calendar connected for bookings and reminders
Designed and implemented guest interaction AI decision flows.

- Planned subscription-based usage limits and system scalability
